Chris Brown 's
accuser has reportedly made allegations of people making death threats against
her in the past.
The singer -
who has denied all wrongdoing but may face 14 years in prison - has been
charged with assault with a deadly weapon following Baylee Curran's accusations
and a tense 11-hour standoff with police.
According to
gossip website TMZ, the woman filed a restraining order against her roommate -
Princeton Rosenborough - three years ago, claiming he threatened to hire a
hitman and take her out.
The report
adds that Curran also alleged that he caused her physical harm by pushing her
head against the bedroom wall, and leaving her needing an ambulance.
New York Daily
News reports that she wrote in her statement to Los Angeles County Superior
Court: "He has been making threats for me to not call police again or he
will hurt me and that he’s going to have a hit man after me."
A judge
granted a temporary restraining order, which was lifted when she no-showed the
formal court hearing.
Her claims
were reportedly dismissed in court
Princeton
claimed she was lying in his own legal documents, and said he restrained her -
not pushed - when she was about to physically attack his girlfriend, and the
case was dismissed.
Meanwhile,
Brown is looking to move on from the recent drama and focus on releasing new
music .
Police were
alerted to his Tarzana, Los Angeles property at around 3am after a woman called
911 and claimed Brown had threatened her with a gun in the early hours of
Tuesday morning.
A new video,
shared on Wednesday, shows Chris - who maintains his innocence and was released
on a $250,000 bail - addressing the drama.
"Yo. You
know all this bulls**t that’s been going on man?," the topless singer
shares. "I’m just going to turn my cheek and drop some music."
Now, it's been
reported that the singer could face up to 14 years behind bars if he's found
guilty of assault with a deadly weapon.
