A man suspected to
be an armed robber was burnt to death today by an irate mob in Abua, by Ephraim
street Junction, Calabar.
According to Ifere
Paul who shared the story, the deceased had gone to rob in the company of his
gang members but the operation was foiled.
His gang members
escaped while only him was caught. He
was set on fire instantly.
While this mob
action was taking place in Abua, not so far off, two other suspected criminals
were caught and burnt at White House Street, in the same Calabar.
