U.S. makes sanctions exceptions for some transactions with Russian intelligence agency

REUTERS-The U.S. Treasury Department said it will allow companies to do some transactions with Russia's Security Service (FSB), despite cyber-sanctions put in place
by former President Barack Obama.


U.S. intelligence agencies accused the FSB of involvement in hacking of Democratic organizations during the 2016 presidential election.
