Special
Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, today
hinted that President Buhari may still travel abroad for medical attention if
the need
arises. He gave the hint during an interview with Channels TV today
"What
Nigerians should hope for is that our president will remain whole. But if there
is any reason to go out, why not? You need to first stay alive before you can
lead a country. So whatever it takes for our president to remain healthy should
be done, but we want to hope and believe that the worst is over” he said
Recall that
President Buhari returned to Nigeria from the UK where he had been since May
7th undergoing medical treatment for an undisclosed ailment.
