A South African Twitter user has gone viral after she made money from donations by using a fake hospital photo.
The drama started after the lady requested for a brown-skinned lady taking the drip in the hospital to send her a photo. Someone sent in the photo and few minutes later, she posted an update showing off the money she collected. See the full tweets below...
