According to source, the Electoral Officer posted to Ughelli said that he did not come with the Election Results sheets.So there is no Election in Ughelli North as i speak,as

the Electoral Officer was beaten to stupor and whisked away by security agents.The DSIEC office has been gutted by fire by unknown angry mob.
