remixing his summer hit "Hello Friday" for the sports network's Major
League Baseball coverage throughout the season.
"I'm honored to
once again collaborate with Major League Baseball and ESPN,” said Flo Rida in a
statement sent to Billboard. "To hear my music played in stadiums and
shared with so many fans is a blessing. Looking forward to the summer."
Earlier this year,
Flo Rida's previously released jam "My House" -- which peaked at
No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and
hit No. 1 on the Pop Songs radio
airplay chart -- was also featured in ESPN's presentation of MLB Opening
Day.
The original track,
flipped to "Hello Summer," will make its official debut on
Sunday, June 26, on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball coverage when the
Los Angeles Dodgers take on the Pittsburgh Pirates at 8 p.m. ET.
