CALIFORNIA: Nearly 100 people evacuated after reported gas leak in Southern California

Nearly 100 people were evacuated from a Southern California town Monday night after a gas leak was reported.

According to Fox 5 San Diego, authorities went to Ocean Beach around 7:15 p.m. in response to the gas leak report.

Residents were evacuated as a precautionary measure.

The cause of the gas leak remains under investigation.
