A protest is
ongoing on the streets of Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital this moment
concerning the murder of juvenile Innocent Kokorifa.
Our
correspondent following the event in Yenagoa, says the protest is led by Ijaw
Youth Council (IYC), which is the apex body of Ijaw youths worldwide.
Youths and
Civil Rights Activists and groups in the state are out on the streets demanding
for Justice to prevail and bring those behind gruesome murder of Innocent
Kokorifa,
The protest
is ongoing despite intense and frightening security presence with over ten (10)
patrol vans monitoring the situation.
