The Akure-born Adekuoroye, who won a bronze medal at the 2015 World Wrestling Championships, was defeated 5-0.
Three wrestlers had earlier crashed out on Wednesday as the medal hopes for Nigeria is dimmer with the Olympic Games now at its business end.
