President-General of Agbarho Urhobo Improvement Union and chieftain of All
Progressives Congress, APC, Chief John Orido, has boasted to the
ruling Peoples
Democratic Party, PDP, in Delta State that the APC will take over the state and
indeed the entire country in subsequent elections.
Orido during his formal
registration as APC member in the state, praised the Chairman of APC in Ughelli
North Local Government Area of the state, Olorogun Ekure Felix, “for his robust
leadership qualities,” noting that the extent of Nigeria’s wealth looted and
stashed in Switzerland was “enough to run the Swiss government for about 100
years.”
He described President Muhammadu Buhari “as the solution to Nigeria”
because of his “strong principle and policy to abolish corruption (allegedly)
caused by PDP.” According to him, “All valuable people in PDP are already in
APC,” just as he enjoined good spirited Nigerians to support Buhari in his
determination to achieve the change agenda of his government.”
Olorogun Felix
on his part blamed PDP members for looting the country for 16 years. Felix,
described Orido “as a big fish in a big port, a disciplinarian, a lion and a
true leader, whose presence will add value to the APC.” (VANGUARDNGR)
