Media
personality, Boity Thulo has had “her house” put up for sale and many are
wondering, “why?”.
Ntombizodwa
Makhoba for channel24 reported on Sunday, September 11 2016, that a deed search
for Miss Thulo’s property which she allegedly bought in May 2016 did not list
her as its owner.
The house is
located at Midstream Ridge Estate in Centurion, Gauteng, one of the nine
provinces in South Africa.
In fact, there
are no properties registered in Boity Thulo’s name anywhere in the country.
Makhoba added
that the R3.75 million property which is listed on privateproperty.co.za is
currently occupied.
All efforts to
confirm the identity of the new occupants or reach Boity has been futile.
Thulo raised brows
after the monthly bond of between R35,000 and R40,000 for the house became
public.
Many
speculated she had a blesser – South African for sugardaddy – who paid the
bills as earnings from her job description couldn’t meet the price tag for the
house.
On the 6th of
May 2016, Boity asserted she bought herself the Centurion property in
celebration of her 26th birthday.
She shared the
news on Twitter with a photograph of herself holding a “sold” sign with the
tweet,
“Never in my
wildest‚ most far-fetched dreams did I ever think that God would do more for me
than what I prayed for.
I am
constantly left gobsmacked at how God continues to shows off His love through
my life.
This wasn’t a
part of the plan, but here I am‚ able to gift myself with a house at the age of
26. I am in complete awe. To God be the glory.”

According to
City Press, Amanda Fair of Dormehl Property Group who reportedly sold the house
to the 26-year-old confirmed she knew Thulo’s identity, but declined to give
more details regarding the property.
With all these
new information, it seems someone either didn’t buy what they claim they bought
or there’s a dose of controversy trailing Ms Thulo’s property.
Either way,
we’ll unearth the truth.
Boity Thulo is
the co-host of e.tv’s music show, Club 808. She’s also hosting the MTV show
Ridiculousness Africa alongside South African actor Thomas Gumede and Nigerian
comedian Basketmouth.
