According to
her spokesperson, Kim Kardashian West was held at gunpoint in her Paris hotel
room by two armed masked men on Sunday night.
The reality TV
star was in Paris for the Paris Fashion Week along with her mother, Kris Jenner
and sisters, Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
“Kim
Kardashian West was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room this
evening, by two armed masked men dressed as police officers” Kim’s spokesperson
Ina Treciokas said, adding that “She is
badly shaken but physically unharmed.”
Her rapper
husband, Kanye West, left his set early at the Meadows Festival in New York on
Sunday night after telling the crowd there had been a “family emergency”. Kanye
was in the middle of performing “Heartless” at the Festival on Sunday night
when he interrupted the song and told the crowd, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Family
emergency, I have to stop the show.” The
venue later posted a tweet with the message, “Due to an emergency, Kanye West
had to end his performance early. Please get home safely.”
