Residents were left
dumbfounded after a young man was apprehended for having sexual intercourse
with a goat in Irun Akoko, Akoko North-West Local Government Area of Ondo
State.
The suspect, Afolabi
Bamidele, was said to have raped the domestic animal to death in a showdown of
gruesome bestiality.
Leadership quoted a
source who was well enlightened on the incident as saying that:
”He picked the goat from a neighbour’s house
and took it into the bush. He pull off his
cloth and started having sex with
it.
” After the sex, he
brought out a handkerchief to clean up his semen from the goat vagina when he
was caught by somebody who called on the neighbours to see what happened. “
The source who
craved for anonymity added that it was the prompt intervention of the policemen
that saved the suspect from the wrath of the irate youths who were about to
lynch him.
When contacted, the
Police Public Relations Officer of the Ondo State Police Command, Mr. Femi
Joseph said he had not been informed of the incident at the time of this
report.
His words: ”The DPO
(Division Police Officer) of the Ikare Akoko Police Division has not briefed me
about the incident, I will let you know when I’m briefed. “
