A hearing into the plan of the Federal Ministry of Power and Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Company Plc to raise a Federal Government-Secured Bond of N309bn to finance the shortfall
in power supply has opened at the House of Representatives.
The hearing was declared open by the Speaker, Mr. Yakubu Dogara.
