Buhari seeks Senate confirmation of Anyene as Auditor-General

President Muhammadu Buhari has written to the Senate to seek legislative confirmation of Anthony Anyene as Auditor General of the Federation.

Buhari’s letter was read by President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki, during plenary on Tuesday.

The President said the nomination was based on the recommendation of the Federal Civil Service Commission.
