Job Title: Front Office Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Managing and training the Front Office staff
- Ensuring the front desk provides a
professional and friendly service for guests
- Dealing with guests
- Arranging staff scheduling
- Acting as liaison between General Farm Manager
and staff
Qualification/Certification
- Proven working experience in similar roles
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and
verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in
dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and
work under pressure
- Proven working experience in similar roles
