source who does not want his name to be mentioned, some black market dealers
are now positioning a small table and a POS. machine at the front of banks to
give the banks customers physical cash while the customers make a transfer of
the amount they wish to withdraw to the black market dealer account at 10% interest
rate, this is due to lack of money in banks ATM.
According to
him, he went to withdraw N12, 000 this morning (26/12/2016) but there was no money in all
the ATM he visited, he only observe new development at the front of some ATM, a
table and a POS. machine so he approached the operator of one, to know what is
happening and he was told that he can be given the N12, 000 he wish to withdraw
while he transfer N13200 to the black market dealer's account
