During the funny man's Lie Witness News segment, several people (we repeat several people) believed the reality TV star was taking one of the country's highest positions. Some souls are really just clueless, aren't they?

And it seems Kim Kardashian West's brother was equally shocked at the number of people who thought he was becoming a SCOTUS judge, as he shared TWO clips from the segment on Instagram and wrote:
