Some people
don't know that they deny themselves peace when they shun a decent life and
take to acts of desperation. The fleeing man, Wahab Adeshina, who stole his
company's car and N10m in Lagos last week, almost died on Tuesday night. He has
been on the run for days.
I just got an
update from the company. The details:

We are pleased
to inform Nigerians especially those who sympathize with with us that the
police have recovered the vehicle that was taken away by the runaway driver
around 2am on the 31st January 2017, near motorway seven up area in Lagos.
He ran into
police Rapid Respond Squad (RRS) who were on patrol and immediately lost
control of the car, hit a tree and ran into an existing drainage. He
immediately abandoned the car and flee before police could make U-turn and get
back to the scene. The 2 people inside the car fleed and abandoned the car.
For now, the
notorious driver is still on the run but we are optimistic that he will be
arrested.
