The struggle
was real!
Jennifer Lopez
revealed exactly how difficult things were for her before she became a
superstar during a press day for her new show World of Dance Monday in LA
(doesn't
it seem like she has a new show coming out every day?).

The triple
threat admitted she used to subsist on only a single slice of pizza a day,
because that's all she could afford!
She explained:
"I
remember only getting to have one piece of pizza every day when I was a dancer.
That's how I lived. I did that for a couple of years before I got my first big
job."
That's crazy!
We guess her slice of pizza was everyone else's ramen noodle soup! LOLz!
Despite the
strugz, J.Lo also revealed that she's glad she had it hard, because it taught
her to be extremely grateful for all that she has now.
She said:
"I
wouldn't trade it for the world. For me, coming from that struggle, this is a
dream come true for me. I don't say that lightly."
We believe
her!
The
actress/singer has come SO FAR since her days as a Fly Girl, we're positive she
is extremely thankful every single day.
