The former MTV reality TV star has been hit with new tax-related charges, which include tax evasion, structuring bank deposits, and falsifying records!!
Mike has been indicted, along with his brother Marc Sorrentino.
In case you don't remember, the 34-year-old was first indicted in 2014 by a federal grand jury in New Jersey.
According to authorities, the two have been accused of failing to pay federal taxes on $8.9 million! That's no small amount!
To go further into the charges, it's being said the star allegedly evaded bank reporting requirements by depositing less than $10,000 into separate accounts. Additionally, despite being served with a subpoena, his brother allegedly falsified records.
An arraignment is scheduled for April 17.
