According to perezhilton, If Mel B and Stephen Belafonte's divorce drama wasn't messy enough, it is even more scandalous now!
In the latest news stemming from the split, the singer's lawyers were in court on Friday getting a judge to prohibit Stephen from distributing s*x tapes, photographs, or other s*xually explicit material of the 41-year-old songstress.
TMZ reports Belafonte repeatedly threatened to release s*x tapes before she got a restraining order, so we can see why Mel wants to make sure this doesn't actually happen! It's said she's gotten the court order and her ex is prohibited from releasing any of the above items.
And that's not the only thing concerning the Wannabe singer as her estranged ex supposedly took a number of boxes from their garage containing photos of her late father and Spice Girls memorabilia… all of which he's hiding somewhere in a storage unit in L.A.!
Mel reportedly did a little digging and found out that she's not only been unknowingly paying for the storage space since 2009, but it's listed in the couple's former nanny Lorraine Giles' name!
You know, the same nanny Mel says Stephen had an affair with and impregnated!
Whew, child!
That matter hasn't been ruled on yet as Mel wants the address of the public storage and the required passwords for entry. We'll keep you updated as the case progresses.
