Playboy Playmate Dani Mathers has lost her bid to have charges against her dismissed in her infamous body-shaming case,
The Wrap reports.
As you'll recall, the model was widely criticized for posting a photo of a nude 71-year-old woman in the locker room of an LA Fitness gym and mocking her body with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either."
The Snapchat post quickly went viral, with Dani's actions excoriated by the public. She was charged with invasion of privacy quickly thereafter.
On Monday, a judge denied the motion to dismiss those charges. Dani had previously argued that the charges were too ambiguous. How about being a horrible human being? Too ambiguous?
Mathers faces a possible six months in prison and a $1K fine if found guilty.
The next court date in the case is set for May 24.
