High Commissioner to the Republic of Namibia.
The
Presentation and Accreditation Ceremony is presently being conducted by the
president of the Republic of Namibia, Dr. Hage Geingob at the State House in
the Nation's Capital, Windhoek.
Lilian Onoh
is the sister of Bianca Ojukwu, Nigeria’s former ambassador to the Kingdom of
Spain and widow of late Odumegwu Ojukwu.
