Chris Brown's accuser 'vowed to set him up' with gun threat in alleged text message

Chris Brown 's accuser allegedly sent a text message claiming she was going to frame him with claims he threatened her with a gun.

Baylee Curran - whose accusations have seen the singer charged with assault with a deadly weapon - is said to have sent the text to an acquaintance called Safari, shortly after she was kicked out of the star's home.

According to gossip website TMZ, the text reads: "Hey safari don't you know this freak Chris brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake can you come get me my Uber is messing up if not I'm going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson I'm going to set his ass up. Lol come get me. (sic)"

The report adds that the alleged message - which Baylee has denied sending - is with Brown's lawyer Mark Geragos, who is trying to authenticate it.

Is comes after the website reported that Balyee has made allegations of people making death threats against her in the past.

Curran filed a restraining order against her roommate - Princeton Rosenborough - three years ago, claiming he threatened to hire a hitman and take her out.

Her claims were reportedly dismissed in court
Princeton claimed she was lying in his own legal documents, and said he restrained her - not pushed - when she was about to physically attack his girlfriend, and the case was dismissed.
Police were alerted to his Tarzana, Los Angeles property at around 3am after a woman called 911 and claimed Brown had threatened her with a gun in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
